We aim to utilize the advanced freezer technology,combined with traditional Japanese culinary techniques, to freeze sushi, sashimi, and other fish products through advanced freezing techniques. This ensures that the color and flavor of the products remain unchanged, and after thawing,they can regain their original freshness. This product was awarded the “Final List of SIAL Innovation Selection Montreal 2024”
